  • Yes! The Perky Fins Tunnel is designed with smooth edges and perfectly sized openings to help your Betta swim, play, and explore comfortably—without getting stuck or snagging their delicate fins. It’s made from aquarium-friendly materials and the color is embedded during production, so you don't risk peeling paint contaminating your tank water!

    But don’t just take our word for it. Our Bettas Apollo, Hades, Poseidon, Ares, Helios and Zeus give it five fins!

  • Not at all! The vibrant colors are embedded into the material during production, so there’s no surface paint to chip or peel. That means long-lasting color without worrying about flakes in the water. It’s built to stay bright and fish-friendly for the long haul!

  • The tunnel is approximately 16cm long (6.3″) 10cm tall (4″) and has 5cm (2″) openings, making it ideal for most Betta tanks, even smaller setups. Its compact yet spacious design fits seamlessly into a variety of tank layouts.

  • The tunnel is incredibly versatile! It comes with suction cups so you can fix it to your tank securely.

    Our Bettas enjoy it when it’s upright against the side of the tank. If you place it towards the top of the water line, leaving some air exposed in the top opening, it makes a great Betta resting spot!

    But you can also lay it across the substrate for a cozy swim-through, double it up for an exciting maze, or pair it with plants for a natural hideaway.

  • Our tunnel is crafted from high-quality ABS plastic with embedded color throughout, so no surface paint. It’s made with materials commonly used in aquarium-safe products, so you can feel good about adding it to your tank.

  • Cleaning is simple! Just remove the tunnel from the tank and rinse it in your tank water. If needed, use a soft brush to gently scrub off any algae or debris (we use a toothbrush!). Don’t use ANY chemicals or soaps, as they can leave residues harmful to your fish.

  • Absolutely! While it’s designed with Betta fish in mind, the tunnel can also be enjoyed by other small fish, shrimp, or aquatic creatures that like to explore and hide.

  • The Perky Fins Tunnel is ideal for standard Bettas and smaller fish, but it might be too snug for a fully grown King Betta. We recommend checking the dimensions and considering your fish’s size before purchasing.
